Becoming a NOLA Referral Agent
You Will:
- You will be a licensed real estate agent only doing referrals.
- You will renew your license and E&O insurance with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission (LREC) annually.
- You will receive an 80% split on all referral commissions sent anywhere in the world.
- You will be sponsored by Louisiana Real Estate Broker Ron Mazier, a broker since 2002.
You Will NOT:
- You will NOT pay REALTOR® membership dues; over $600 annually.
- You will NOT pay MLS fees; over $300 annually.
- You will NOT practice real estate activity.
- You will NOT deal with clients.
